Princess Tiana Cake

My Goddaughter LOVES Princess Tiana. So after my retirement cake, I thought I'd be able to tackle this next challenge! There's a lady on YouTube called Andrea who makes amazing princess cakes who inspired me to add layers of ruffles to the skirt. I was determined to make the whole dress look as realistic as I could so I added lots of detail in the petals and a little glitter on the bodice and flower. This cake was lots of fun to make and I had to work against the clock as this was the first time I had to ice two cakes in one day (the flower cake and this one). I would like to try the other Princesses to add to my repertoire.... I have 4 Goddaughters, so I think I'll get the opportunity in the near future!!
